Dell 755 optiplex windows 10 pci serial port driver

I've update the drivers for my main-board alivenf6g-glan with the files from here and for my graphics.

Would tell you release lever away from the original manufacturer.

Highly recommended 2.launch.exe file by double clicking on it. Can anybody direct me to the driver for the pci serial port and pci simple communications controller for an optiplex 755.
